Job summary

ENERCON Turkey in Izmir is seeking a Technical Support Mechanical Specialist focusing on rotor blades. You will join a team supporting field service and project sites. The role requires a mechanical/material engineering background, 5+ years rotor blade repair or service experience, and proficiency in English.

SAP experience and strong HSE awareness are essential. Travel is expected domestically and abroad as needed to support power plant assemblies and project-oriented sites, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/material engineering.
• ≥5 years rotor blade repair/service experience.
• Advanced English (oral and written).
• Experience with SAP.
• High HSE awareness.
• Willing to travel domestically and abroad.
• Analytical thinking with team leadership.
• Knowledge of wind turbine operation and components is an advantage.
• Experience assembling power plants and leading technical teams on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the service mechanic/m mechanical support unit under technical support reporting to the head of service operation department.
• Assemble power plants and lead technical teams on project-oriented sites.
