Job summary

Çalık Enerji seeks a Rotating Equipment Engineer for the Engineering Division at its Istanbul headquarters. The role focuses on sizing verification and selection of rotating equipment across project scopes including gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors and HRSGs.

Qualifications

• Graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of the University.
• Experience in engineering and design of Power Plants and/or Industrial Facilities.
• Membership to Local Chamber of Engineers.
• Knowledge and experience in Rotating Equipment / Packages sizing verification and selection.
• Knowledge and experience in material requisition preparation, technical bid evaluation, vendor document review and approval.
• Knowledge of Eurocodes, international codes, local standards & regulations.
• Knowledge and experience in design software related to the profession.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-office, multi-disciplinary team.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

• Graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of the University
• Having experience in engineering and design of Power Plants and / or Industrial Facilities
• Membership to Local Chamber of Engineers
• Having knowledge and experience in Rotating Equipment / Packages sizing verification and selection based on project requirement (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Compressors, HRSG, Pumps, Aux Boiler, Cooling Tower, Tank etc.).
• Having knowledge and experience in material requisition preparation, technical bid evaluation, vendor document review and approval
• Having knowledge relevant to Eurocodes, international codes, local standards & regulations
• Having knowledge and experience in design software related to their profession.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-office, multi-disciplinary team.
• No personal restriction for domestic and international travel
