Job summary

Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group is seeking a seasoned Reception Department Manager to oversee daily operations, guest interactions, and service standards at our Istanbul properties. You will lead a busy front-of-house team, ensure seamless communication across departments, and drive exceptional guest experiences in a premium hospitality environment.

The role requires international travel as needed, flawless English communication, and proven experience in reservations or front-of-house

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations or front-of-house management in premium hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Reception Department.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.
• Maximize sales and conversions through reservation management.
• Develop guest database and loyalty initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and reporting.

• To ensure compliance with health, safety, and data protection regulations while maintaining operational discipline,
• To foster a culture of ownership, flexibility, and proactive problem-solving within the department,
• To identify training needs, implement development programs, and ensure consistent performance appraisals across the team,
• To take initiative in driving improvement projects that enhance service quality, efficiency, and overall team performance.
