Job summary

Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group in Cappadocia (Nevşehir) is seeking a Guest Xperience Manager to lead and coordinate guest services across the hotel's operations, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate holds a Hospitality or Business degree, has 3+ years in a similar role, fluent English (additional languages a plus), and strong leadership with MS Office and Opera PMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree from a university in Hospitality & Tourism or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Very good knowledge of English is mandatory – further languages are preferable.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Good command of Opera program.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Result- and solution-oriented management style.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced teamwork and communication competencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure smooth operation of the Guest Xperience.
• Coordinate staffing through hiring, training, evaluation and delegation of duties as necessary.
• Administer verbal and written disciplinary actions to subordinates to enforce policies.
• Evaluate staffing requirements and prepare weekly work schedules, adhering to budget goals.
• Ensure that all personnel are informed of department objectives and policies.
• Conduct daily operational meetings.
• Attend to guests’ inquiries, requests, complaints and compliments.
• Create and execute Guest Xperience strategies to drive guest satisfaction and revenues.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to Guest Xperience team members.
• Work closely with department managers to develop staff personally and professionally.

• Create and execute innovative Guest Xperience strategies that will drive the hotel to exceed guest satisfaction and revenues.
• Provide Leadership / Mentoring to Guest Xperience team members.
• Work closely with department managers and supervisors to develop them both personally and professionally.
