Job summary

Geolifespirit is seeking an RF Engineer to design and perfect the radio-frequency performance of our antennas and SIM connectivity used in over 175 countries. You will own the wireless chain from cellular and GNSS antenna design through to certification, work with the hardware team, and collaborate with certification labs to meet CE/FCC standards while enabling reliable field connectivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in RF/wireless system design.
• Knowledge of antenna theory and practical tuning.
• Hands-on use of VNA and spectrum analyzers.
• Familiarity with cellular tech (LTE-M, NB-IoT, 2G).

Responsibilities

• Design cellular, GNSS and BLE antennas for a compact device.
• Design and optimize RF matching networks.
• Run antenna efficiency, TIS/TRP and link-budget measurements.
• Manage EMC/EMI and regulatory compliance (CE, FCC, PTCRB).
• Coordinate with mobile network operators and certification labs.
• Analyze field connectivity issues and propose improvements.
• Optimize modem settings with embedded team.
