Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of RF engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software (PCB layout tools, Cadence Allegro) and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design and development of microwave and communication products from concept to launch.
• Conduct analysis and testing to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Prepare test plans and datasheets; mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project budgets.
