Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in a high-tech or semiconductor environment.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in a matrixed organization.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead large scale initiatives affecting multiple teams and regions with long-term implications.
• Project Leadership: Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing for milestones and deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with program managers to prioritize deliverables across multiple projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as primary contact for internal communications and ensure transparency and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
