Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to lead the development of RF/microwave products within our RF Systems strategy under the Aerospace Defense and Communications Group. You will drive design from concept to launch, ensuring top-tier quality and reliability.

You will guide junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure processes meet ADI’s high standards while advancing in a dynamic, technology-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of RF engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of RF/microwave theory, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design, development, and implementation of microwave and communication products from concept to launch.
• Perform analysis and testing to verify product performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain test hardware and software for new products.
• Create technical documentation including datasheets and user guides.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
