Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations Expert for a remote contractor role. The position focuses on improving workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and revenue operations across SaaS environments.

You will configure and manage CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), build revenue workflows, and maintain clean data across connected systems. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
