YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems for a SaaS customer project. You will audit CRMs, resolve data issues, and help refine how AI systems interpret complex business workflows. Strong English communication is required.

The role emphasizes governance, data reconciliation, and integration with billing/CPQ tools, with a focus on operational excellence across CRM environments.

Qualifications

4–6 years hands-on CRM administration across Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, or rollouts.
Strong knowledge of CRM objects, workflows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
Experience with multiple revenue systems like billing or CPQ.
Experience SaaS environments and English communication.

Responsibilities

Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues.
Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
Create clear operational prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios.
Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
Assess impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other tools.
Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and governance.
