Engelsiz Kariyer is seeking a Vocational Training And Labour Market Advisor to coordinate with PMM/PDMM and local authorities, and to support skills development for returnees in Türkiye. You will identify training needs, engage training providers, and help design short- and medium-term measures including certifications.

Qualificações

• Business fluency in Turkish and English is required.
• Experience in migration, return, reintegration or labour market programmes is an asset.
• Knowledge of Türkiye vocational qualification and certification systems is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates with PMM/PDMM and other stakeholders to facilitate cooperation at local and national levels.
• Assists in identifying skills development needs of returnees based on existing skills and interests.
• Advises on short- and medium-term skills development measures including vocational and certification paths.
• Identifies training institutions and training providers in Türkiye and informs certification pathways.
• Monitors implementation of skills development activities and suggests improvements.
• Supports contract preparation and implementation arrangements for training and certification activities.
• Organises coordination meetings, workshops and roundtables with stakeholders.
• Analyzes employment opportunities and labour market needs in Syria to inform Türkiye measures.
• Contributes to programme documents, briefing notes, and reports.
