Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts recherche un(e) Restaurant Manager pour son nouveau restaurant Commensa, à Konak, İzmir. Vous dirigerez l'équipe de salle, garantirez un service impeccable et assurerez le respect des standards de qualité et d'hygiène.

Vous travaillerez dans un cadre hôtelier de renom, proche des attentes clients et avec des perspectives de progression au sein du groupe. Maîtrise de l'anglais souhaitée et sens du service client.

Responsibilities

• Établir les plannings selon les procédures.
• Créer une atmosphère saine où le personnel peut être efficace.

• Solution-oriented and able to keep up with a fast-paced work environment
• Ensuring that guests receive optimum service in line with company standards
• Assisting in the efficient and professional delivery of food and beverage services
• Supporting the Head Waiter and Restaurant Manager in the smooth and effective operation of the department
• Good command of the English language
