Job summary

WhitePress Group is seeking a proactive Account Manager with Turkish to own a portfolio of active B2B clients, driving success, retention, and growth through tailored digital marketing solutions on the WhitePress platform.

You will onboard clients, analyze needs, prepare recommendations, present actions, monitor activity, and pursue upsell opportunities while maintaining CRM data accuracy. This role offers 100% remote work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, customer success, consultative sales, or related role.
Fluency in Turkish; English B1+ for internal communication.
Strong knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and the WhitePress platform.

Responsibilities

Onboard and manage day-to-day B2B relationships for the assigned portfolio.
Analyze client needs, objectives, budgets, past actions, and performance results.
Prepare customized recommendations, action plans, publisher packages, and publications.
Present recommended actions and review collaboration results with clients.
Track client activity, budget utilization, and plan implementation; identify risks to the partnership.
Identify and execute upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewal opportunities.
Drive client satisfaction and retention; respond quickly to signs of dissatisfaction.
Keep client data, contracts, growth opportunities, and forecasts updated in the CRM; prepare portfolio reports.
