Cambly Inc. is seeking highly motivated SDRs to break into the Turkish B2B market and build early pipeline for a global language-learning platform.

You will prospect, qualify leads, and collaborate with the sales team to convert interest into booked meetings while learning from experienced leaders in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Native Turkish with full business English proficiency (C1/C2)
• 2 years of proven outbound sales experience (Sales Development/BDR)
• Track record of meeting/exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
• Experience with Turkish B2B clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive email copy
• Familiar with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
• Experience in HR, L&D, or learning-related products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth through targeted outbound prospecting.
• Qualify and nurture leads via multi-channel outreach.
• Understand lead lifecycle and handoff to Account Executive.
• Persistently follow up to secure meetings.
• Contribute to sales strategy and playbook development.
