Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Social Media Creative Director based in Turkey for a fully remote leadership role. You will translate client briefs into platform-native campaigns across Reels, TikTok, Stories, carousels, and short-form video.

You'll lead with strategic thinking and hands-on creation, prototyping ideas with AI tools, guiding designers, editors, and videographers, and ensuring briefs are met while maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced remote

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social media creative, art direction, content strategy, or a closely related role, ideally within an agency environment.
• Proven experience translating client briefs into executed social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools for image/video generation and AI-assisted storyboarding.
• Strong storyboarding and shot-planning abilities with clear visual direction.
• Deep understanding of platform-native formats across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Review client briefs to identify objectives, audiences, brand requirements, and platform considerations.
• Develop social media strategies and concepts aligned with client objectives and guidelines.
• Translate strategy into creative direction covering mood, tone, and platform formats.
• Create storyboards and shot breakdowns for production teams.
• Direct designers, editors, and videographers through detailed execution.
• Prototype concepts using AI tools to produce mood boards and pre-visualizations.
• Provide feedback and guide iterations until client-ready deliverables.
• Coordinate timelines with strategy and planning to meet deadlines.
