WhoTechs is seeking a Senior Marketing Artist to craft user-acquisition creatives for mobile games and apps. You will design store visuals, run tests, and adapt assets across major ad networks, ensuring a strong, consistent visual identity.

Your portfolio should show mobile ads and store creatives, with 4+ years in marketing or app creative production, and proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma and Photoshop. Fluency in visual storytelling is essential.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, mobile games or app creative production.
• Strong motion design and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar).
• Excellent sense of composition, colour, typography and storytelling in short formats.
• Experience with Figma and Photoshop; 3D (Blender) or AI-assisted workflows are a plus.
• A portfolio showing mobile ads or store creatives.

Responsabilidades

• Concept and produce user-acquisition creatives: video ads, statics and playable ad concepts.
• Design App Store and Google Play visuals (icons, screenshots, preview videos) and test variants.
• Collaborate with growth team to run A/B tests and turn results into ideas.
• Adapt creatives for major ad networks and formats, quickly and with high quality.
• Brief and collaborate with external studios and freelancers when needed.
• Help shape a consistent visual identity across products and channels.
