Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in motion graphic design for mobile apps, strong chops in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and a keen eye for engaging storytelling and performance-driven visuals.

Qualifications

A portfolio featuring mobile-first video ads or motion design is required.
1+ years in Motion Graphic Design for mobile apps or similar.
Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop; Illustrator a plus.
Curious about AI tools for video creation and ideation.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality, mobile-first video creatives for Next Studio campaigns.
Turn product features into clear, performance-focused 9:16 ads for clicks and installs.
Develop hooks, motion graphics, UI elements, and calls to action.
Review CTR, CPA, hook rate, hold rate; translate learnings into iterations.
Brainstorm with designers and marketers across projects.
Use AI-assisted tools to refine visual assets while maintaining brand quality.
Make sound commercial judgments in creative decisions.
