Job summary

Hypermonk Games, an Ankara-based mobile game studio, seeks a skilled 3D Marketing Artist to craft striking 3D models for marketing creatives and playable ads. You will optimize assets for mobile and Unity workflows, delivering assets that shine in short-form videos and interactive playables.

Collaborating with Marketing Artists and Creative Developers, you’ll stay ahead of trends, rapidly iterate on visuals, and adapt assets to evolving campaign needs across markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a 3D Artist, preferably in mobile games, marketing creatives, or playable ads.
• Strong skills in Blender, including modeling, UV mapping, texturing, materials, and lighting.
• Strong visual sense with a good understanding of composition, shape language, proportions, color, and stylized visuals.
• Ability to create assets that are technically clean, polished, and effective in marketing creatives.
• Experience creating optimized, mobile-friendly 3D assets.
• Good understanding of Unity, including prefabs, materials, and asset importing workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with artists and developers to deliver ready-to-use assets.
• Ability to iterate quickly and adapt to different creative directions and mobile game art styles.
• Strong interest in mobile game advertising and keeping up with trends.
• Experience with Substance Painter is a plus.
• Experience creating assets for playable ads or performance marketing creatives is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Creating visually striking 3D models and assets for marketing creatives and playable ads.
• Producing polished assets designed for short-form video creatives and interactive playables.
• Creating clean, optimized, and mobile-friendly assets with high visual quality.
• Preparing UVs, textures, materials, and LODs as needed.
• Adapting existing game assets for marketing and playable use.
• Collaborating with Marketing Artists and Creative Developers to realize concepts.
• Following mobile gaming ads and industry trends to spark new ideas.
• Iterating rapidly on assets based on performance and concepts.
• Working with references and style guides while exploring visual directions.
• Exporting assets with proper naming and optimization for Unity and playable workflows.
