Syneos Health in Turkey is seeking a Sr CRA II to support Phase I oncology studies as a Functional Service Provider role, with homebased work in Turkey. The candidate will oversee site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, both on-site and remotely, while ensuring GCP and protocol compliance.

The role requires strong study coordination, data integrity focus, IP handling, and travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis

Responsabilités

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (performed on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice (GPP) and protocol compliance.
• Verifies the process of obtaining informed consent and protects confidentiality; assesses factors affecting subject safety and data integrity.
• Reviews ISF vs TMF, archiving, and site compliance; supports recruitment and data tracking; ensures timely actions and query resolutions.
• May perform IP inventory, reconciliation and reviews storage and security; ensures proper handling of IP per protocol.
• Prepares for Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings; may lead and train junior CRAs; contributes to audit readiness.
• Travel up to 75%; support RWLP activities and country-specific site management requirements
