Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy recherche un responsable opérationnel pour la logistique et les ateliers, afin de concevoir et optimiser les entrepôts et les ateliers dans un cadre multinational. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, or Maintenance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/workshop operations within petrochemical or refinery environments.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse/workshop design, setup, or project-based roles.
• Strong knowledge of storage/logistics tools and fabrication tools.
• Proficiency in CMIMS systems for parts management and data analysis.
• Ensure 100% accuracy between physical inventory and digital records through full spare part codification in SAP.
• Proven experience in managing and tracking inventory to ensure availability.
• English B2 level mandatory
• Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus
• Strong ability to work in a multi-cultural and multidisciplinary environment.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high adaptability in multicultural environments
• Ability to produce high-quality technical deliverables and reports.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse design, layout optimization, and equipment procurement.
• Define storage requirements and implement FIFO/LIFO, labelling, and barcode tracking.
• Manage inventory control processes and regular stock reconciliations.
• Develop interfaces for real-time part availability data for planners.
• Maintain centralized tool crib and calibration schedules.
• Develop procedures for incoming goods inspection and conformity checks.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, documentation for safety stock and regulated materials.
• Review workshop design, requirements, and implement procedures for workshop operation.
• Coordinate with Procurement and QA/QC for non-conformities and returns.
