Job summary

You will engage individuals seeking leadership and personal development opportunities using established systems. Ongoing leadership training and access to a global network are provided as you build professional relationships and guide participants

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in leadership, learning and development, HR, consulting, marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to lead one-to-one conversations.
• Self-directed, proactive, organized, and able to manage responsibilities independently with strong follow-through.
• Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to work remotely in a performance-based income structure.

Responsibilities

• Use digital marketing strategies and established systems to engage individuals in development programs.
• Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand goals and align opportunities.
• Develop professional relationships through personalized communication.
• Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up throughout the decision process.
