Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner in Turkey, is seeking a PPC Specialist to manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms. This remote, full-time role focuses on driving qualified traffic, leads, and conversions through data-driven optimization.

You will own end-to-end campaign planning, setup, testing, and reporting, collaborating with performance marketers, content, analytics, and web teams to align paid media with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands-on PPC and paid media experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (search, display, remarketing).
• Experience with GA, tag management, conversion tracking, and measurement.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent writing and ad-copy skills for compelling messaging.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO.

Responsibilities

• Campaign strategy and planning across Google Ads, MS Ads, and social platforms.
• Campaign setup, launch, and optimization including search, display, shopping, and remarketing.
• Ad creation, testing of variations, extensions, and messaging to improve CTR and conversions.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting.
• Collaborate on landing pages, forms, and user journeys to improve CRO.
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking and analytics pixels.
• Prepare regular reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Forecast spend, traffic, leads, and ROI using historical data.
