Foxelli Group is seeking a Performance Ad Creator to turn product insights into compelling video ads for our D2C brands. You’ll own the concept and execution, from hook to final cut, working with the creative lead and media buyers to learn from results and shape future campaigns.

This role is 100% remote with flexible scheduling in the Eastern European Time Zone, open to candidates in Revolut-supported countries.

Qualifications

• Experience creating direct-response video ads for e-commerce with concept and production responsibility.
• Able to translate customer motivations into persuasive angles and clear English copy.
• Strong video editing skills and ability to use visuals, pacing, sound, and text to engage viewers.
• Practical AI skills; you use AI image/video/voice tools in projects and improve outputs.
• Performance mindset; you understand metrics like watch time, CTR, CPA and apply learnings.
• Ownership and curiosity; you make decisions independently and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop original ad concepts for paid social, especially Meta.
• Write hooks, scripts, on-screen copy and calls to action in English.
• Produce complete ads using product footage, creator content, and AI assets.
• Test different openings and concepts and iterate based on results.
• Review work with media buyers and communicate progress and deadlines.
