Jobgether is seeking a versatile Direct Response Video Editor based in Turkey to create short-form ads for paid social platforms. You will transform user-generated content, testimonials, product demos, and founder-led footage into high-converting assets, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation and production.

Collaboration with growth strategists will drive rapid testing of hooks and messaging angles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years editing direct response video ads for DTC brands.
• Strong paid social video ads portfolio.
• Experience designing static ads for Meta campaigns.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Knowledge of Photoshop for static assets.
• Understanding hooks and CTAs for conversion.
• Copywriting ability for scripts or ad copy.
• Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Runway, or Pika.
• Able to manage multiple projects quickly and meet deadlines.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to iterate based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Direct response video editing for short-form ads across Meta, TikTok, and paid social.
• Edit UGC, testimonials, product demos, and founder-led videos into conversion-focused ads.
• Develop multiple variations of hooks, CTAs, angles, and concepts for testing.
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and production.
• Write or adapt scripts and ad copy to convey product benefits.
• Design high-converting static creatives for paid campaigns.
• Maintain templates and systems for consistent asset production.
• Source and organize UGC, stock footage, B-roll, and hooks.
• Collaborate with strategists and growth teams to align with goals.
• Refine creatives based on feedback and campaign insights.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
