Job summary

Medsien, Inc. is seeking an organized Operations Specialist to support strategic projects and the team’s ongoing operational needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with sales, product, engineering, and operations to oversee enablement programs and ensure alignment across teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in operations or related fields, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while working with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, business administration, project coordination, executive support, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, technology, or high‑growth environments.
• Familiarity with a project/work management platform.
• Experience supporting business operations or administrative functions.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work with Eastern US time, 16:00–00:00 Turkey time.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• Residence in Istanbul city center.
