We are looking for a ‘3D Project Coordinator’ to join our Project Management team, focusing on delivering high-quality 3D assets at speed.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing the end-to-end 3D asset creation pipeline across the client portfolio
• Coordinating 3D asset deliveries from internal employees or external vendors
• Creating 3D generation procedures to streamline the process for ease
• Exploring new 3D generation or touch-up techniques to reduce the need for resources and enhance the delivery speed
• Quality assurance of photo-realistic 3D assets to be used in e-commerce
• Hands-on experience in 3D modeling and touch-up of 3D scans
• Knowledge of at least one 3D modeling software, preferably Blender (Maya, 3DSMax)
• Prior experience in Project Management
• A self-starter with excellent communication skills and an amazingly positive attitude.
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Knowledge of at least one 3D sculpting software, preferably Zbrush
• Knowledge of at least one 3D painting software, preferably Substance Painter
• An understanding and excitement for the next-generation immersive technologies, SaaS, startup culture, Metaverse, and related terminologies
• Being able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
• Experience in a tech startup with similar responsibilities.
