Lever, Inc. in Turkey is seeking a .NET Developer to join a remote-first team focused on building and maintaining web applications, APIs, and backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core.

You will diagnose production issues, support deployments, and collaborate with DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve reliability and performance in a distributed environment. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining applications with C#/.NET.
• Strong knowledge of .NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience designing RESTful Web APIs and backend services.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills for production issues.
• Experience supporting live applications, monitoring behavior, and ensuring reliability.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployments.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar platforms and version control.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain software solutions using C#, .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Develop and support web APIs, backend components, and web applications.
• Investigate errors, diagnose root causes, and implement fixes to ensure reliability.
• Provide production support and monitor incidents within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams to optimize deployments and performance.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation and release management.
• Manage code and deployments using Git and Azure DevOps or equivalent.
• Participate in post-incident analysis and preventive measures.
• Document solutions, procedures, and deployment steps for knowledge sharing.
