Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer (Front and Back end) based in Turkey to contribute across frontend and backend development for reliable, scalable cloud applications.

You’ll work with Java, JavaScript, Python, and modern web frameworks, while deploying automation, CI/CD, and cloud delivery practices in an Agile setting. You will develop across the full stack including frontend interfaces with React/Angular/Vue.js and backend services with Java, Python, and C#.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalentExperience.
• Professional development experience with Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with one major frontend framework/library (React/Angular/Vue.js).
• Familiarity with frontend state management (Redux/NgRx/Vuex).
• Familiarity with C# and .NET is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Containerd).
• Experience deploying containerized apps in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OpenStack, OpenShift).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling.
• Experience in Agile environments; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality results.
• Organizational/time-management skills; ability to work in fast-paced settings.
• Familiarity with space domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using Java, JavaScript, Python, or related technologies.
• Build and enhance frontend applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
• Develop UIs with React, Angular, or Vue.js and state management (Redux/NgRx/Vuex).
• Contribute to backend development using Java, Python, C#, and .NET.
• Design, deploy, and maintain containerized apps with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Containerd, etc.
• Support deployment across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OpenStack, OpenShift).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated builds/deployments.
• Participate in Agile development with JIRA/Confluence and cross-team collaboration.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to design solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Apply critical thinking to improve reliability and deliver project objectives.
• Contribute to on-time project delivery with planning and time management.
• Maintain clear technical communication and documentation.
