Job summary
AXA Türkiye seeks a pricing professional to drive motor pricing, develop GLM-based models, and perform profitability analyses. You will collaborate with IT, Underwriting and other teams to craft profitable, sustainable pricing solutions and provide actionable insights to management.
Requirements include a bachelor’s in Statistics, Mathematics or Actuarial Science, 2+ years in insurance pricing, strong SAS/GLM knowledge, and experience with Emblem/Radar; fluent English and a valid Turkish work
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science.
- At least 2 years of pricing experience in insurance.
- Knowledge of SAS and GLM; familiarity with Emblem/Radar tools.
- Strong English and analytical skills; Turkish work permit required.
Responsibilities
- Take an active role in pricing activities for Motor products.
- Develop GLM-based pricing models.
- Perform analyses and profitability assessments for pricing changes.
- Prepare reports for management and business units.
- Collaborate with IT, Underwriting, and other teams to craft pricing solutions.
