Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics or related field.
• 2–3 years of pricing or data analytics experience.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced reporting and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of Python, R, or KNIME for data science tasks.
• Experience with Emblem is preferred but not required.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative mindset and proactive problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Own and expert the Health Insurance pricing structure and tariffs.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify pricing opportunities via data analysis.
• Prepare and interpret large datasets to support pricing decisions.
• Develop and validate GLM and machine learning models for pricing and optimization.
• Implement pricing actions and model outputs into production systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align pricing with business goals.
• Continuously improve pricing methodologies, tools and reporting.
