Job summary

AXA Türkiye seeks a pricing specialist to drive technical pricing for Motor products, develop GLM-based models, and deliver analyses and reports for management.

Ideal candidates will have a statistics/actuarial background, at least two years in insurance pricing, and strong English skills. The role supports flexible work arrangements and benefits under AXA’s health and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pricing within the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of SAS, GLM, and other machine learning methods.
• Proficiency in WTW Emblem & Radar tools.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Strong command of English.
• Must have valid work permit in Turkey.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in technical pricing activities for Motor products.
• Develop GLM-based pricing models.
• Perform impact analyses, scenario studies, and profitability assessments for pricing changes.
• Conduct regular portfolio performance monitoring; prepare regular and ad-hoc reports with insights to management.
• Collaborate closely with IT, Underwriting, and other related business teams to develop profitable and sustainable pricing solutions.
