Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking an IT Manager to support day‑to‑day IT operations in a fully remote role across the EMEA region. You will ensure employees have equipment, accounts, and resources needed to work efficiently, with a focus on onboarding/offboarding, device configuration, and access control.

The position is a hands‑on operational role involving hardware setup, software installation, user account management, and basic IT support, with coordination for more advanced tasks via external providers
