Job summary

Pragmatike is partnering with a European deep-tech company to recruit a Group Financial Controller who will own group accounting, consolidation and internal controls across multiple entities in a fully remote, international setting.

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead NetSuite ERP, drive automation and AI-enabled processes, ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance, and partner with executives on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in accounting or senior finance roles.
• Experience in multi-entity, international environments.
• Background in SaaS/cloud/infrastructure or deep-tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual group close and consolidation across entities.
• Deliver management accounts, board and investor reporting.
• Ensure IFRS and local GAAP compliance across jurisdictions.
