Qualifications

• Proven proficiency with AI-powered image and video generation platforms.
• Advanced photo editing and retouching skills using Photoshop or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of lighting, shadows, textures, composition and realism.
• Familiarity with image detection technologies and AI-generated content.
• Strong prompt engineering, generative AI workflows, and model limitations.
• Ability to work with high-volume production and automation basics.

Responsibilities

• Generate high volumes of photorealistic images and videos using generative AI platforms.
• Manually refine, retouch, and enhance AI-generated assets to realism.
• Create scripts and automations to streamline batch image generation and processing.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align visuals with brand and campaigns.
• Ensure consistent quality, composition, realism, and style across assets.
• Monitor developments in AI image generation and emerging workflows.
• Develop and maintain internal guidelines for realism and AI-assisted production.
