Job summary

Rollic in Istanbul is seeking an AI Engineer to redefine how creative content is produced for mobile games. You will leverage generative AI to create high-quality visual content, prototype new workflows, and develop production-ready AI tools.

Working closely with Revenue Operations and Tech teams, you will identify high-impact opportunities for AI and turn them into scalable solutions that accelerate content production and improve game performance across a global audience.

Qualifications

• Proficient Python development experience.
• Experience with modern LLMs and multimodal AI models.
• Hands-on AI image and video generation experience.
• Experience with AI agents and workflow orchestration.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into production environments.
• Strong problem-solving with a product mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered applications, tools, and workflows.
• Create high-quality AI-generated visuals (images and videos).
• Research, prototype, and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Tech teams to deploy AI solutions.
• Build reliable, scalable, production-ready AI systems.
