Job summary

Jobgether seeks a detail-oriented tester for a remote, paid opportunity supporting aircraft, scenery, and gaming products. You will identify issues before release across Flight Simulator builds and related platforms, working with developers and other testers to ensure high-quality user experiences.

Your role covers functional, visual, performance, usability, regression, and exploratory testing, with evidence collection and clear bug reports to enable fast resolutions.

Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Flight Simulator and hands-on experience using aircraft and scenery add-ons.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to evaluating software and identifying defects.
• Ability to describe technical issues clearly and accurately in written English, including precise reproduction steps and relevant supporting evidence.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to isolate issues, identify patterns, and reproduce problems consistently.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively with developers and testers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Test development builds across aircraft, scenery, and related products by following test plans and exploring issues.
• Identify, reproduce, document, and report defects with clear evidence.
• Verify resolved issues and perform regression testing.
• Evaluate product functionality, visual quality, performance, usability, and user experience.
• Isolate issues and provide information for investigations.
• Communicate findings with developers and testers for collaboration.
• Organize testing activities and meet deadlines.
• Follow testing workflows, confidentiality, and QA procedures.
• Collect evidence with screenshots and screen recordings.
• Contribute to improving overall quality and reliability.
