BUGECE is seeking a highly skilled Software Test Engineer to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs, building test automation, and ensuring our SaaS platform meets non-functional requirements.
The role involves collaborating with development teams, integrating with CI, and participating in product design discussions to improve test coverage and reliability across the lifecycle.
This is a remote position and the candidate will hold these responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or computer engineering.
5+ Years of experience in a software-related field, including at least 1 year of test automation.
Experience with API Testing including API Automated testing, UI Testing.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Experience with Agile testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience with both white-box and black-box testing.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Experience with performance and/or security testing.
