Job summary

Miniclip is hiring a Manual QA Tester for our Masomo (Turkey) Games Development Studio in İzmir. The role focuses on manual testing of mobile games, working on-site in Izmir and collaborating with a skilled QA team.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a similar QA/engineering role, strong familiarity with Jira/Notion, and knowledge of Firebase testing interfaces, along with solid English communication and a gamer mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field is required.
• 2+ years in an engineering role, preferably in mobile QA or development.
• Experience with Jira and Notion for project management and tracking.
• Knowledge of Firebase interface for testing and debugging.
• Genuine passion for video games and a strong attention to detail.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

This role is basically a manual game testing position.

This position requires working on-site in Izmir.

• Serious passion for games
• Strong focus on manual testing of mobile games
• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
• Technical background with 2+ years experience in an engineering role, desirably in similar functions in a mobile software QA department or development team.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools such as Jira and Notion
• Knowledge of Firebase and its interface for testing and debugging
• Good knowledge of Google Play Store/Apple Store and Android/iOS Apps publication process
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, standards, methodologies, and tools (unit tests, integration tests, system tests, regression tests, acceptance tests, etc).
• Highly responsible, self-motivated and able to grow in an energetic, fast-paced, adaptive creative environment as a team player
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a strong attention to details
• Good in English, written and spoken
• Being a gamer is a huge plus for selection.
