Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a remote Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support AI-driven accounting projects. The contractor will assess accuracy of AI-generated journal entries, financial statements, and month-end close activities, ensuring robust financial controls across ERP systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365, plus strong Excel skills and familiarity with FP&A processes. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting and FP&A.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with tools like BlackLine, Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Prior paid experience in AI training, data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide appropriate corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
