Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert contractor to support accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP system tasks. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and help train data to ensure accuracy.

You will work remotely worldwide, review statements, journal entries, month-end close, and provide actionable feedback to improve model performance. Strong experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Excel, and AI data evaluation is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial controls.
• Experience in AI training, data annotation, or rubric-based evaluation is required.
• Experience reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and journal entries.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and close workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Create AI training scenarios and reference answers.
• Provide clear feedback to improve model performance.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close.
