Job summary

MoovBuddy seeks a Finance & Operations Manager to own the financial backbone of its B2C subscription business across UK and Turkey. You’ll analyze unit economics, monitor profitability by app and market, and curb costs from PSPs to improve margins.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in finance, FP, or operations in a subscription or B2C startup.
• Experience building financial models and reporting using AI tools.
• Strong Excel modeling and ability to analyze unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own unit economics and profitability across subscription apps and markets.
• Optimize PSP fees and operational costs to improve net revenue.
• Coordinate with UK and Turkish accountants and auditors for consolidated reporting.
• Build financial models and dashboards, leveraging AI to speed analysis.
• Support ad hoc operations tasks as the company scales.
• Partner with the CEO to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency.
