Job summary

UN Atlas in Türkiye is seeking a Grant Implementation Expert to provide professional, analytical, and operational support for the EU–Türkiye Climate Change Grant Programme (EU-TR CCGP) under Component E. The role operates on a retainer basis, engaging as needed through service requests and coordinating with the project team.

The candidate will review and consolidate grant documents, support reporting, monitor indicators, and contribute to guidance materials and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Experience in design, implementation, monitoring or evaluation of grant or similar programmes.
• Hands-on experience with EU grants or similar projects are essential.
• Experience in preparing training documents and delivering training on grant lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, analytical, and operational support for grant implementation, monitoring, and follow-up.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and consolidating grant documentation and information.
• Support assessment of narrative and financial reports from grant beneficiaries.
• Prepare monitoring, progress, and analytical reports.
• Assist in the operation and use of the Grant Management Information System (MIS).
• Support monitoring and evaluation activities, including data collection and analysis.
