Job summary

UNDP invites applications for a Grant Implementation Expert to provide professional, technical, analytical and operational support to the EU-Türkiye Climate Change Grant Programme in Türkiye. The assignment is on a retainer basis, with emphasis on monitoring, reporting and documentation.

The Expert will work under the Grant Manager and Project Team, reviewing and consolidating information, supporting grant-related processes, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs.

Grant Implementation Expert at UNDP

Grade: NPSA-9. Location: Ankara, Türkiye. Application deadline: 6 November 2026.

UNDP will engage a Grant Implementation - Expert to provide professional, technical, analytical and operational support to the implementation, monitoring, reporting and overall technical assistance provided to the EU-Türkiye Climate Change Grant Programme under Component E of the EU Partnership for Local Climate Action in Türkiye Project.

The Expert will work in support of the Grant Manager, Grant Expert and Project Team and will contribute to grant-related processes through review, analysis, preparation and consolidation of documentation and information, monitoring and reporting support, operational follow-up and other related activities.

The Expert's functions will not include managerial, supervisory and/or representative functions.

The assignment will be implemented on a retainer basis. Salary figures shown on this page are estimates derived from published UN salary scales, post-adjustment data, and duty-station comparisons.
