Job summary

Manay CPA is seeking an early-career marketer to own content and brand channels, support performance and SEO, and leverage AI tools to grow into a marketing generalist within an international B2B firm. The role offers a competitive USD base salary and fully remote work anywhere in Turkey.

The successful candidate will contribute to content design, campaigns, analytics, and AI-driven improvements, while coordinating with US-based operations and a global team. English interviews will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-3 years of digital marketing experience; junior applicants welcome.
• Native/professional Turkish with English (Fluent) communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media across multiple platforms.
• Plan and execute recurring email campaigns.
• Design visuals and client-facing materials maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare printed and offline marketing materials.
• Prepare weekly ad performance reports and sales meeting reports.
• Conduct weekly competitor analysis and identify content gaps.
• Support paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ChatGPT Ads.
• Support SEO: blog content, local SEO, AI search visibility, keyword tracking.
• Maintain HubSpot and other CRM/workflow tools.
• Use AI tools to create and optimize content across channels; build templates/workflows.
• Identify repetitive processes and turn them into AI-assisted workflows.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy and brand voice.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Content & Brand

• Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Reddit, Quora, and X.
• Plan and execute recurring email campaigns in line with our annual communication plan.
• Design ad visuals, proposal presentations, brochures, website visuals, and other client-facing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare printed and offline marketing materials.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly advertising performance reports and sales meeting reports for our US and Turkey markets.
• Conduct weekly competitor analysis and identify content and channel gaps.

Marketing Operations Support

• Support the management and optimization of our paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ChatGPT Ads.
• Support SEO efforts including blog content, content maintenance, local SEO, AI search visibility (AEO), and keyword and ranking tracking.
• Assist in maintaining our marketing and operations platforms, including HubSpot and other CRM, communication, and workflow tools.

AI & Efficiency

• Use AI tools to create, optimize, and repurpose content across channels while keeping quality and brand voice consistent.
• Build and maintain reusable prompts, templates, and simple workflows for recurring tasks such as content production, reporting, and research.
• Identify repetitive marketing processes and help turn them into AI-assisted or automated workflows that reduce manual work.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy, factual correctness, and brand consistency before publication.
• Contribute to the team's digital transformation projects.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor's degree in related fields such as Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing. Agency or in-house experience welcome; junior candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Native or professional proficiency in Turkish, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English (Fluent) - All interviews will be conducted in English!
• Ability to create visuals, brochures, and presentations with Canva or Adobe tools.
• Experience managing social media accounts.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to read and interpret marketing metrics; comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of tasks over time.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, CapCut) is a big plus.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, or Google Ads is a plus.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, or Semrush is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and HTML is a plus.
• Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) is a plus.
• Interest in B2B and B2C marketing or professional services (accounting, finance, legal, consulting) is a plus.
• High flexibility in working hours to align with US operations, global team schedules, and dynamic campaign launch timelines.

Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES (Eastern Time). Travelling might be required.
