Job summary

Keytours Vacations, a U.S.-aligned luxury travel company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator in Türkiye to support our marketing operations. You will manage social media, content creation, and website updates, collaborating with the U.S.

team to deliver premium campaigns. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, fluent English, and strong HubSpot, Canva, and Webflow skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level or equivalent).
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Experience updating websites using Webflow, Wix, WordPress, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our presence across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop and execute social media content calendars, campaigns, and promotions.
• Coordinate digital advertising, lead generation, and online marketing initiatives.
• Monitor engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance.
• Manage HubSpot marketing campaigns, contact segmentation, emails, and automated workflows.
• Create landing pages, lead nurturing campaigns, and marketing forms.
• Maintain CRM data quality and track marketing performance.
• Generate campaign analytics and reports for decision-making.
• Create high-quality graphics and marketing assets using Canva.
• Develop content reflecting our luxury brand and assist with short-form videos.
• Update website pages and promotions using Webflow, Wix, or WordPress.
• Support SEO improvements and monitor Google Analytics.
