Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex billing issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely initial responses to billing questions and payment disputes.
• Investigate and troubleshoot billing issues for technical customers.
• Guide customers to documentation and relevant resources; escalate when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal tools and workflows.
• Help reproduce issues and create test cases to improve coverage.
