Job summary

Scrambly S.r.l. is seeking an Account Manager to oversee all activities with advertisers, including technical campaign setup, optimization for KPIs, B2B communication, and upselling.

You will be the main contact for partners across the gaming industry, discussing marketing strategies, handling calls, and contributing to campaign performance from a technical perspective. The role offers full-time, fully remote work with generous PTO and leave policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or similar fields.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data.
• Understanding of mobile attribution and campaign tracking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn.
• Proactive, autonomous work style with good problem-solving abilities.
• High proficiency in English (B2+ written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize advertiser campaigns to meet KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with advertisers to ensure campaign success.
• Communicate with advertisers to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
• Onboard new advertisers and guide them through setup and optimization.
• Assess competitive landscape and identify revenue opportunities.
• Provide regular updates and address challenges as they arise.
