Job summary

Bank of China Turkey is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to support daily/weekly and monthly regulatory reporting for BRSA, Central Bank, and other authorities. You will assist with quarterly audits, month-end close, and the preparation of management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 1–5 years in banking financial reporting, strong English, analytical thinking, and the ability to work well in teams or independently under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1–5 years legal or financial reporting experience in banking.
• MS Office proficiency (Word and Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt under deadlines.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly legal reports submitted to BRSA, Central Bank and other regulatory institutions.
• Assist with monthly legal reports submitted to BRSA, Central Bank and other regulatory institutions.
• Assist with quarterly financial audit processes including preparation of financial audit report.
• Assist with routine and ad-hoc Head Office reports.
• Assist with month-end close process by reviewing and resolving GL exceptions and preparing management reports.
• Analyze financial results and explain variances and their impact.
• Assist with internal financial controls and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal ratios within approved limits.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and apply to financial reports.
• Oversee analysis for development and testing of new IT systems for financial reporting and improve efficiency.
