Job summary

Danone Türkiye is seeking a Registration and Complaint Executive to ensure quality and regulatory compliance across processes. You will handle complaints, support audits, and coordinate regulatory dossiers with health authorities.

The role requires a MSc/BSc in a related field, 1 year in quality or regulatory functions in a manufacturing setting, and fluent English. Familiarity with ISO/FS22000/HACCP/GMP is desirable. On-site position with Danone Türkiye.

Qualifications

• Fluent speaking and writing in English.
• Minimum 1 year experience within Quality discipline in manufacturing or regulatory related function (QS, QA, QC, RA) in food, pharmaceutics, medical devices or biotechnology.
• Working experience in a processing & manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of applicable quality & food safety management systems (ISO, FS22000, PRP’s, HACCP, GMP, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; training skills.

Responsibilities

• Adopt, implement, and ensure compliance with Danone SN standards across quality and operational processes.
• Receive, review, investigate, document, and report customer complaints per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate root cause analyses, CAPA, and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor customer complaint trends and prepare periodic reports; ensure timely closure.
• Support audits (Global Audits, Ministry of Health inspections, FSSC 22000) and follow up on action plans.
• Ensure timely implementation and closure of corrective actions from audits.
• Follow and manage marketing authorization applications, variations, renewals, and other regulatory activities.
• Coordinate preparation, maintenance, and submission of regulatory dossiers to health authorities.
• Prepare correspondence with health authorities and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain product information documents per regulatory requirements; fulfill MA commitments.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s ethical rules.
