Job summary

Danone Türkiye is seeking a Registration and Complaint Executive to manage regulatory affairs, handle customer complaints, and support audits across the organization. The role requires a background in food/chemical engineering and at least 1 year in quality or regulatory functions.

The candidate will work within a cross‑functional team, ensure GMP and FS22000 compliance, and support CAPA activities while maintaining strong communications with health authorities.

Qualifications

• MSc, B.Sc., or related field in Food/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Quality, QS/QA/QC/RA in food, pharma, medical devices or biotech.
• Experience in processing and manufacturing environments.
• Good knowledge of ISO, FS22000, PRPs, HACCP, GMP, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Adopt, implement, and ensure compliance with Danone SN standards across quality and operational processes.
• Receive, review, investigate, document, and report customer complaints per procedures and regulations.
• Cooperate with cross‑functional teams for root cause analyses, CAPA development and implementation.
• Monitor complaint trends, prepare periodic reports, and ensure timely closure of investigations.
• Participate in Global Audits, health inspections, and audit preparations; respond to findings.
• Manage regulatory affairs activities including MA applications, variations, renewals, and dossier submissions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product information documents per regulatory requirements.
• Communicate regulatory changes to internal stakeholders and ensure ethical compliance.
